2023 Club Meeting Night

Our Club Meeting Night for the 2023/2024 season is being held September 26th at Nora Henderson Secondary School.

This is a MANDATORY event for all players. At least one (1) family member must attend.

We would ask that everyone (players and parents) meet in the Main Gym at 7:30pm for the Club Meeting. This meeting should last approximately 20 minutes and is where we will introduce players, coaches, club executive members, go over any financial details and the Club’s overall goals for the season.

After the Club Meeting, players on each team will get sized for their uniforms. While teams are being sized, 17U and 18U players will be running some games and contests in the main gym for the 12U to 15U players. We are hopeful that all should be done by 9PM.

Please note: Team meetings may be held earlier, during, or later than the Club meeting. Team Coaches will advise you via email or Team Snap.
