Tournament Notes:

Team Managers, Coaches and Parents - Please be sure to check the tournament notes on the OVA website the day prior to your event as additions/changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to game day. Any updates made to these notes within 24hrs of your event will be communicated via email to all team contacts.

• No Potlucks Allowed (personal lunches only)

• Teams are not allowed to setup tables in the venue (Sports Dome or main building)

• Teams can expect to eat their personal lunches in the Sports Dome in the bleachers or spectator chairs as space is limited outside of the Sports Dome.

• No plugins

• This venue typically has a very strict, zero food policy inside the Sports Dome. Athlete Institute has waived this policy only for OVA events with the expectation that teams will clean up all food/wrappers/garbage. Please be sure to have your teams utilize the garbage bins in the dome as this is crucial for future OVA events to be allowed food inside the dome.

• Please enter the facility at the West Entrance near the Sports Dome.

• Venue doors open at 8am.

• 2 smaller washrooms are located beside the Sports Dome entrance and 2 larger washrooms are located down the hall in the main building.

• There is a small café in the main building (Bear Cub Café) that will be open from 9am – 3pm. Doors will be locked at 3pm so please do not leave any items in the Cafe.
