Team Managers, Coaches and Parents - Please be sure to check the OVA tournament notes the day prior to your event as additions/changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to game day. Any updates made to these notes within 24hrs of your event will be communicated via email to all team contacts.

• Doors open at 8 a.m.

• Team buffets permitted - no crock pots, slow cookers or other plug in/electrical  appliances

• No outdoor chairs in the gymnasiums

• No food/drink other than water in gymnasiums

• No ball playing in any part of school other than the gyms
